摘  要:为探究白头翁皂苷B4对临床型乳房炎奶牛生理生化及抗氧化性指标的影响,以12头健康奶牛为对照组(不注射药物)、12头临床型乳房炎奶牛为试验组,按体重0.05 mL·kg^(-1)颈部肌肉注射白头翁皂苷B4注射液,每天1次,连续6 d。试验期间,使用IDEXX ProCyte Dx全自动五分类血细胞分析仪检测对照组及试验组1、3、5、7 d血液常规指标,分别用BS-240VET全自动生化分析仪和ELISA法检测对照组任一天及试验组1、3、5、7 d血清生化指标血糖(GLU)、肌酐(CREA)、尿素(UREA)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、球蛋白(GLOB)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALKP)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)、总胆红素(TBIL)、胆固醇(CHOL)、淀粉酶(AMYL)、脂肪酶(LIPA)和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)水平。结果表明:(1)对照组和试验组奶牛血常规和血清生化指标均处于正常生理值范围,且试验组生理生化指标较对照组有显著改善;(2)白头翁皂苷B4显著或极显著促进临床型乳房炎奶牛抗氧化因子SOD、MDA、CAT和NOS恢复至健康水平(P<0.05或0.01),用药后7 d试验组除GSH-Px和T-AOC水平显著低于对照组外,其余各抗氧化性指标差异均不显著。综合而言,白头翁皂苷B4可促进临床型乳房炎奶牛血清生化指标均在生理范围内显著改善,有效减轻乳腺炎氧化损伤,有助于奶牛临床型乳房炎治疗。Pulsatilla saponin B4 has a good clinical outcome in mastitis cows, however, the effect of Pulsatilla saponin B4 on serum levels of biochemical indexes and antioxidant indexes among dairy cows with mastitis is not clear. In this study, 12 healthy dairy cows served as control group, without any injection, and 12 clinical mastitis cows were selected as experimental group, administrated with Pulsatilla saponin B4 0.05 mL·kg^(-1)once a day for 6 days through neck intramuscular injection. Serum samples were collected from control group on the any day of the experiment and from experimental group on the 1, 3, 5, 7day. Then, IDEXX procyte DX automatic five classification hematology analyzer was used to detect the blood routine indexes of the control group and the test group, biochemical indicators glucose(GLU), creatinine(CREA), urea(UREA), total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), globulin(GLOB), alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALKP),γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT),total bilirubin(TBIL),cholesterol(CHOL),amylase(AMYL),lipase(LIPA)and antioxidant indexes total antioxidative capacity(T-AOC),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),catalase(CAT),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),nitric oxide synthase(NOS)were detected by BS-240VET automatic biochemical analyzer and ELISA kits,respectively.The results showed that:(1) The blood routine and serum biochemical indexes of cows in the control group and the experimental group were within normal physiological range,and the serum biochemical index of experimental group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group.(2) Pulsatillasaponin B4 can significantly or extremely significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01)promote the antioxidant factors SOD,MDA,CAT and NOS of clinical mastitis cows recovered to healthy levels.On the 7day,the levels of GSH-Px and T-AOC in the experimental group were significantly(P<0.05)lower than those of the control group,but the other antioxident indexes were not significantly different(P>0.05).In summary,Pulsatillasaponins B4 can signi
