摘  要:目的 初步探讨经颞下窝彩色多普勒超声评价脑膜中动脉(MMA)及上颌动脉(MXA)血流动力学的可行性。方法 选取无颈部血管疾病志愿者95例,受试者呈半张口状态,探头置于颧弓下方、颞下颌关节前方,经颞下窝探查MXA和MMA,并应用超声多普勒测量其频谱,分析MXA及MMA的血流动力学特征。结果 95例受试者共显示MXA 168支(88.4%)、MMA 160支(84.2%)。MXA和MMA间收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、舒张末期流速(EDV)、时间平均峰值流速(TAMAX)、搏动指数(PI)和阻力指数(RI)的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。双侧、不同性别间MMA及MXA上述血流动力学特征参数间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 经颞下窝彩色多普勒超声评价MMA及MXA血流动力学可行,根据两者声像图中血管走行和血流频谱特征可对其进行鉴别。Objective To explore the hemodynamics of middle meningeal artery(MMA) and maxillary artery(MXA) by color Doppler ultrasound through infratemporal fossa. Methods A total of 95 volunteers without vascular disease were selected. The subjects were in a state of half-open mouth. The transducer was placed under the zygomatic arch and in front of the temporo-mandibular joint. The MXA and MMA were probed through the inferior temporal fossa by Doppler. Results A total of 168 MXA(88.4%) and MMA 167(84.2%) were detected in 95 subjects. There were significant differences in peak systolic velocity(PSV), end diastolic velocity(EDV), time average maximum velocity(TAMAX), pulsatility index(PI), and resistance index(RI) between MXA and MMA. There were no statistically significant difference in the hemodynamic parameters of MMA and MXA in both sides or different genders. Conclusions It is feasible to evaluate the hemodynamics of MMA and MXA by color Doppler ultrasound through infratemporal fossa. They can be identified according to the vascular path and blood flow spectrum characteristics in the ultrasonography.
