摘　　要：本文在概述鞋企智能制造转型和存在问题的基础上,对比了鞋服企业生产管理研究现状,重点总结了近年来有关生产线平衡理论和优化方法研究的进展,提出鞋企智能生产线平衡优化的研究方向,为制鞋行业智能化生产管理提供参考。On the basis of summarizing the intelligent manufacturing transformation and existing problems of shoe enterprises,this paper compared the research status of production management of shoe and clothing enterprises,focused on the research progress of production line balance theory and optimization methods in recent years,and put forward the research direction of intelligent production line balance optimization of shoe enterprises,so as to provide reference for intelligent production management of shoe making industry.
