运动手套用聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的制备与改性分析

摘　　要：水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂是一种广泛应用于皮革体育器材制备领域的皮革表面保护、美化助剂。本文以健身、运动所使用的手套为例,对水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的制备工艺进行分析,总结了一般制备工艺下水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂材料的性能缺陷,如耐水性、耐溶剂性和稳定性差等,对运动手套使用的水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂材料改性技术进行了总结,旨在为体育用皮革领域水性聚氨酯皮革涂饰剂的针对性改良提供借鉴。Waterborne polyurethane leather finishing agent is a kind of leather surface protection and beautification agent widely used in the field of leather sports equipment preparation.Taking the fitness and sports gloves for example,the preparation process of waterborne polyurethane leather finishing agent were analyzed,and the defects of waterborne polyurethane leather finishing agent made by general preparation process were summarized,such as poor water resistance,poor solvent resistance,and poor stability.The modification process of waterborne polyurethane leather finishing agent use in sports gloves were put forward,aiming to provide reference for the improvement of waterborne polyurethane leather finishing agent.
