摘  要:鞋中底屈曲刚度、鞋跟高度、鞋垫结构等因素会对运动状态下人体下肢生物力学参数造成一定影响。鞋内底作为运动鞋中与足部直接接触的部分,有着预防损伤、增强缓冲、提升舒适度的作用。对此,通过在鞋垫中足部位设计凸起结构,改变鞋内底结构,并与普通运动鞋进行对照试验。借助红外运动捕捉系统和三维测力台设备,发现试验组与对照组在下肢髋关节、膝关节和踝关节的运动学参数变化,以期为运动鞋的合理设计、下肢关节运动损伤的预防提供参考。The factors such as the flexion stiffness of the midsole,the height of the heel and the structure of the insole will have a certain impact on the biomechanical parameters of the lower limbs of the human body in the exercise state.As the part of sports shoes that directly contacts the foot,the insole plays a role in preventing damage,enhancing cushioning and improving comfort.To this end,the raised structure was designed in the midfoot of the insole,the insole structure was changed,and the contrast test was carried out with ordinary sports shoes.With the aid of infrared motion capture system and three-dimensional force measuring platform equipment,the changes of kinematic parameters of the hip,knee and ankle joints of the lower limbs in the test group and the control group were found,so as to provide reference for the rational design of sports shoes and the prevention of sports injuries of the lower limbs.
