摘  要:面对日益严峻的环保压力,制革行业的清洁化生产势在必行。对此宝斯卡(商丘)化工有限公司推出了一项行业颠覆性的专利技术:制革废液循环利用技术。该技术与传统的清洁生产技术不同,它不需对制革废液进行复杂的处理,只需添加特定的处理剂,就可直接实现废液的反复循环利用,该技术在浸水、浸灰、铬鞣、染色等工序都可实现重复利用,完美循环。现对其浸灰和铬鞣工序的循环利用情况进行研究,发现多次循环后废灰液和废铬液的水体污染相关指标均处于稳定状态。此研究表明该技术运行具有长久性及稳定性。Confronted with the increasingly severe pressure of environmental protection,the clean production of leather-making industry is imperative.Thus,Biosk(Shangqiu)Chemical Co.,Ltd.launched an subversive patented technology in leather manufacturing industry:waste liquid recycling technology in leather-making process.This technology is different from the traditional cleaner production technology.No complex treatment of tannery waste liquid is required.This technology performs perfectly circulation of waste water in soaking,liming,chrome tanning,dyeing and other processes merely by adding specific treatment agents.Analyses of recycling technology of waste water in liming and chrome tanning processes demonstrate that the water pollution indexes of waste liming solution and waste chrome tanning solution are in a stable state after multiple cycles.These finds elucidate that the technology has durability and stability.
