摘　　要：在全球经济下行趋势加剧、世界经济格局持续动荡的形势下,中日韩三国的产能合作处于重组与扩大以及强化东亚全球价值链的关键时刻。本文从产业角度,基于具体案例分析中日韩三国合作模式及其特点,总结中日韩产能合作模式的现状。目前,中日韩产能合作模式主要体现为园区合作、交流合作以及合作促进机制三大种类,且在三国政府主导下取得了初步的进展。在巩固现有合作成果的基础上,中日韩三国应强化民间参与;围绕区域经济发展要求,共同推进在科技创新、人才培养、政治安全等领域的多元化合作,共同搭建第三方机构,增强合作稳定性;确保项目合作信息的公开与透明,增进三国间的互信与友好;进一步深化务实合作,增强东亚地区价值链的韧性。As the global economic downturn intensifies and the world economic structure continues to be turbulent, the production capacity cooperation among China, Japan and the South Korea is facing a critical moment of restructuring and expanding and strengthening the East Asian global value chain. This study analyzes the cooperation model and characteristics of China, Japan and South Korea based on specific cases from the perspective of industry, and summarizes the status quo and development space of the cooperation model. Currently, China-Japan-South Korea production capacity cooperation models are mainly embodied in industrial park cooperation, exchange cooperation and cooperation promotion mechanism, and preliminary progress has been made under the leadership of the three governments. On the basis of consolidating existing cooperation outcomes, China, Japan and the South Korea should strengthen non-governmental participation;Jointly advance cooperation in scientific and technological innovation, personnel training, political security and other fields based on the requirements of regional economic development, with more diversified cooperation models;Jointly set up third-party institutions to strengthen the stability of cooperation;Ensure transparency and openness of project cooperation information, enhance mutual trust and friendship, further deepen practical cooperation among the three countries, and enhance the resilience of the value chain in East Asia.
