摘　　要：当前,我国产业工人队伍建设正处于改革的关键时期,习近平总书记关于产业工人队伍建设改革的重要指示精神,对改革中出现的现实困惑与理论难题具有指导作用。在深刻理解习近平总书记重要指示精神的发展历程、基本内涵和内在逻辑基础上,应加强顶层设计、聚焦目标实现、增强问题意识、注重落地实施,从而推动产业工人队伍建设改革更深、更快、更优发展。At present,the construction of China’s industrial workers is in a critical period of reform,and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instruction on the reform of industrial workers construction has a guiding effect on the realistic confusion and theoretical problems arising in the reform.Based on a profound understanding of the development history,basic connotation and inner logic of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions,top-level design should be strengthened,target realization should be focused,problem awareness should be enhanced,and implementation should be emphasized,to promote deeper,faster and better development of industrial workers’reform.
