摘 要:对木兰溪三江口河口处沉积物及近岸菜地、香蕉林、竹林土壤中全磷、速效磷和磷等温吸附进行了试验研究,结果表明:四种土样中全磷和速效磷的含量趋势相同,从高到低依次为:菜地,香蕉林,底泥和竹林;菜地和香蕉林土壤对磷的吸附等温线符合FreundLich模型,而底泥和竹林土壤对磷的吸附等温线符合Langmuir模型,根据Langmuir模型计算的四种土样对磷的吸附容量范围为0.7852-0.9660mg/g之间,不同土样对磷的吸附与土样中的全磷和速效磷含量呈显著负相关,与溶液中磷酸盐的初始质量浓度(C0)成正相关关系。The isothermal adsorption of total phosphorus,available phosphorus and phosphorus in sediments at the mouth of the Sanjiangkou estuary of Mulan River and the soil of nearshore vegetable field,banana forest and bamboo forest were studied.The results showed that the content trend of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in the four soil samples was the same,from high to low:vegetable field,banana forest,sediment and bamboo forest;The adsorption isotherms of phosphorus on vegetable field and banana forest soil accord with Freundlich model,while the adsorption isotherms of phosphorus on seabed mud and bamboo forest soil accord with Langmuir model.The adsorption capacity of phosphorus on four soil samples calculated according to Langmuir model ranges from 0.7852 to 0.9660mg/g.The adsorption of phosphorus on different soil samples is significantly negatively correlated with the content of total phosphorus and available phosphorus in soil samples,and positively correlated with the initial mass concentration(C0)of phosphate in solution.
