摘 要:在石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫(FGD)系统中,吸收塔因浆液起泡、振动影响等,依靠常规差压法不能准确、有效地测量浆液密度。本文介绍了吸收塔浆液密度测量的另一种方法:“称重法”。“称重法”引入一套称重系统,通过测量系统中浆液的实时重量和体积,从而实现对吸收塔浆液密度的实时测量。作者介绍了“称重法”的设备和仪器及测量原理,由原理导出“称重法”计算公式并在调试运行中予以说明。通过采集称重法、玻璃管密度计、差压法测量密度数据进行对比,得出称重法数据准确可靠,精度较高。通过称重法、差压法、质量流量法三种方法进行经济性对比,结果显示称重法的经济性能、使用性能和运行稳定性能优势突出。试验及调试结果表明,该种密度测量方法大大提高了吸收塔浆液密度测量的准确性和稳定性,确保了FGD系统安全平稳运行,为其他电厂FGD系统吸收塔浆液密度测量改造提供了优化选择。结尾作者分析了在改造项目中该装置的缺陷和不足,提出了在新建项目中“称重法”系统的设置意见。In the limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization(FGD)system,the slurry density of absorber cannot be accurately and effectively measured by the conventional differential pressure method.This paper introduces another method of density measurement of slurry in absorption tower:"weighing method".The"weighing method"introduces a set of weighing device to measure the slurry real-time weight and volume of the system,so as to realize the measurement of slurry real-time density of the absorption tower.The author introduces the equipment,instruments and measuring principle of"weighing method",derives the calculation formula of"weighing method"from the principle,and explains it in debugging and operation.By collecting and comparing the density data measured by weighing method,glass tube densimeter and differential pressure method,it is found that the weighing method is accurate,reliable and accurate.Through the economic comparison of weighing method,pressure difference method and mass flow method,the results show that the weighing method has outstanding advantages in economic performance,service performance and operation stability.Testing and debugging results show that this kind of density measurement method has greatly increased the absorber slurry density measurement accuracy and stability,and ensure the safety of FGD system running smoothly,to other power plant FGD system measurement provides the optimization of the absorber slurry density.In the end,the author analyzes the defects and deficiencies of the device in the reconstruction project,and puts forward some suggestions on the setting of the"weighing method"system in the new project.
