摘　　要：文章在图书馆技术史视角下,梳理FULink信息服务发展路径,总结FULink建设经验,探索信息技术赋能联盟服务的机理,为FULink升级和区域高校图书馆联盟建设提供借鉴。从文献资源联合保障和联合知识服务两个阶段探讨信息用户需求、信息资源和信息技术三者的联动与促进,探索信息技术赋能FULink服务的路径。信息技术通过重构FULink信息生态要素而驱动联盟信息服务发展,图书馆联盟应当重视技术规划与管理,从而有意识地推动服务项目的建设并反馈于用户需求。From the perspective of library technology history,this paper traces the development of FULink services,summarizes the experience and explores its service mechanism powered by information technology(IT),which serves as a useful reference for the upgrading of FULink and the building of regional university library alliance.Dividing FULink services into two historical stages,namely joint guarantee of literature resources and joint knowledge service,the authors discuss the linkage of user demand,information resources and information technology and how they boost each other,then explore the path of IT-enabled FULink service.This study suggests the alliance’s information service is driven by information technology through reconstructing the elements of FULink information ecology.Library alliances should attach importance to technology planning and management,thus consciously promoting service projects and responding to user needs.
