摘  要:通过整定控制参数,可以抑制大规模双馈感应发电机并网引起的电网低频振荡,但基于特征值灵敏度选择的主导控制参数,在不同场景和模式下,可能引起相反效果。文章建立了风电系统低频振荡模式阻尼比灵敏度的解析表达。根据阻尼裕度确定模式危险程度,将上述灵敏度加权,提出累积阻尼比灵敏度以描述参数调节对所有模式阻尼比的整体效果。考虑风速与负荷随机波动,采用模糊C均值(FCM)聚类算法,对运行场景归类,将场景分布概率作为权系数,计算多场景下累积阻尼比灵敏度、对控制参数分群。特征值分析和时域仿真结果验证了所提控制参数分群算法对低频振荡模式的抑制效果。Integration of bulk wind power(e.g.doubly-fed induction generators,DFIGs)adds the difficulty to damp the low-frequency oscillations(LFOs)in power system,which may be alleviated by adjusting the control parameters.The dominant parameters selected with the eigen-sensitivity model may have opposite effects in different scenes and to different modes.This paper derives the analytical sensitivity model of the damping ratio of the LFO modes in the wind power system.The severity of the modes is quantified by the margin of the damping ratio to weight the sensitivities.The cumulative damping ratio sensitivity is proposed to quantify the total effect of parameter adjustment on damping ratios.Considering random fluctuation of wind speed and load,the fuzzy C-means(FCM)clustering algorithm is applied to classify the operating scenarios whose distribution probabilities are used as the weight to quantify the cumulative damping ratio sensitivity in multiple scenarios,and group the control parameters.The eigenvalue analysis and time domain simulation validates the effect of the proposed control parameter clustering algorithm on damping the LFO modes.
