摘　　要：目的评价超声引导结合患者体位改变中心静脉导管在腹水治疗中的临床效果。方法收集2017年1月至2021年12月不同病因导致腹水的226例患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,观察组对113例腹水患者采用超声引导结合患者体位改变中心静脉导管引流腹水,对照组对113例腹水患者采用超声引导中心静脉导管引流腹水,观察比较2组置管成功率及并发症发生率。结果观察组与对照组相比明显提高了置管成功率,降低了并发症发生率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声引导结合患者体位改变中心静脉导管在腹水治疗中疗效满意,并发症少,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of ultrasound-guided central venous catheters(CVCs)combined with positional change on patients with ascites.Methods Totally 226 patients with ascites caused by different causes were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,the observation group(n=113)were treated with ultrasound-guided CVCs combined with positional changes to drain ascites,the control group(n=113)were only treated with the former,The cannulation success rate and the complications were compared between two groups.Results Significantly improved the catheterization success rate and reduced the complications were found in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of ultrasound-guided CVCs combined with positional change on patients with ascites is satisfactory with less complications,being worthy of clinical promotion.
