摘  要:目的探讨重症监护室护士采用心理资本干预对工作投入和工作效率的影响。方法选取2019年2月至2021年3月重症监护室护士90名作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组45名。对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组采用心理资本干预,比较2组患者心理资本得分和工作投入得分影响情况。结果2组干预前心理资本得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后较干预前明显上升(P<0.05),观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组干预后的积极应对评分显著高于对照组,消极应对评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与干预前对比,干预后2组护士自我效能评分均显著提高(P<0.05),且观察组患者的干预后自我效能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);2组干预前工作投入得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后较干预前明显上升(P<0.05),与对照组相比,观察组明显较高(P<0.05)。观察组护士的护理质量评分包括服务态度、基础护理、患者管理、规避纠纷、风险评估、护理执行规范、应急能力水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论重症监护室护士采用心理资本干预有显著效果,可提高工作投入以及工作效率,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effects of psychological capital intervention on the work investment and work efficiency of nurses in ICU.Methods A total of 90 nurses who worked in ICU of our hospital from February 2019 to March 2021 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 45 nurses in each group.The nurses in control group received routine psychological intervention,however,those in observation group received psychological capital intervention.The psychological capital scores and work work investment score were observed and compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention there were no significant differences in psychological capital scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which were significantly increased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).And the positive coping scores in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,but,the negative coping scores were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-efficacy scores in both groups were significantly increased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Before intervention there were no significant differences in work involvement scores between the two groups(P>0.05),which were significantly increased in both groups after intervention(P<0.05),moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).In addition the nursing quality scores including service attitude,basic nursing,patient management,dispute avoidance,risk assessment nursing implementation standard,emergency response ability level in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological capital intervention for the nurses in ICU has significant effects,which can improve work involvement and work efficiency,thus,and is worthy
