摘　　要：结合生产实际情况,利用几种PP/PE双组份熔喷医用非织造布,对试样的硬挺度、尺寸稳定性、拒水性、过滤性等进行了测试,分析和比较了不同克重的PP/PE双组份熔喷非织造布试样的性能和特点,通过实验得出了不同克重的非织造布具有不同的力学性能和较为稳定的结构,并发现非织造布的克重、厚度和结构特征等对以上性能影响较大,它们之间有一定的相关关系,因此PP/PE双组份熔喷非织造布材料具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在医疗卫生、过滤等方面有着广泛的应用前景。Combined with the actual situation of production,several PP/PE two-component melt-blown medical nonwovens were used to test the stiffness,dimensional stability,water repellency and filterability of the samples.The properties and characteristics of PP/PE two-component melt-blown nonwovens with different grams of weight were analyzed and compared.The results show that the nonwovens with different gram weight have different mechanical properties and relatively stable structure,and it is found that the gram weight,thickness and structural characteristics of nonwovens have great influence on the above properties,and there is a certain correlation between them.Therefore,PP/PE two-component melt-blown nonwovens have unique properties and are suitable for the development of various functional products.It has a wide application prospect in health care,filtration and so on.
