摘  要:针对PET/PET双组份弹性纤维(规格110 dtex/24 f,截面为花生型双组份,以下简称双弹纤维)外观绊丝相对偏多的情况,对其原因进行分析探讨,并提出一系列可行性措施进行改进和解决。从工艺(卷绕角、卷绕张力、平行度、网络压空和风速)和设备(压力辊、锭轴、拨叉和横动导丝器)两大方面对绊丝情况进行改进。实验结果表明:下调卷绕角、提高卷绕张力、平行度校正、合适的风速等对解决绊丝降等有比较明显的效果。This article aims at the appearance of PET/PET two-component elastomer fiber(specification 110dtex/24f,cross-sectional peanut type two-component,hereinafter referred to as double-elastic fiber),are analyzed and discussed,and a series of feasible measures are proposed to improve and solve.This article improves on the tripwire condition in both the process(winding angle,winding tension,parallelism,network pressure and wind speed)and the equipment(pressure roller,spindle shaft,fork and lateral wire guide).The experimental results show that down-regulation of winding angle,increase of winding tension,parallelism correction,and appropriate wind speed have obvious effects on solving tripwire drops.
