酯化工艺对PET产品中二甘醇含量的影响分析

摘　　要：在年产30万t的中纺院四釜装置上生产PET产品,探讨了第一酯化影响PET产品中二甘醇含量的因素。酯化阶段生成的二甘醇占总反应的80%左右,EG/PTA量比、酯化温度、酯化压力、酯化搅拌速度和PTA粒径都是影响二甘醇生成的主要因素。The influence factors of diethylene glycol content in PET products of esterification process were discussed by using the four-tank process of China Textile Institute to produce PET products with an annual output of 300000 tons.The results showed that the diethylene glycol produced in the esterification process stage accounts for about 80%of the total reaction.At the same time,EG/PTA molar ratio,esterification temperature,esterification pressure,esterification stirring speed and PTA particle size are the main factors affecting the formation of diethylene glycol.
