摘　　要：介绍了使用BH550综合设备分析诊断仪,对公司芳烃重整装置水洗水泵P-2408B的状态检测数据进行采集分析,发现水洗水泵P-2408B的速度值、加速度值变化异常,加大BH550数据采集的密度,发现了轴承包络频谱图中出现了缺陷频率并及时上报,公司对该泵做出及时停机检修安排,为企业挽回了该泵事故扩大造成的损失,也为公司年产100万吨重整装置的正常运行提供了保证。This paper introduces that we used the BH550 comprehensive equipment analysis and diagnosis instrument to collect and analyze the detection data state of the reforming plant water washing pump p-2408b.It was found that the speed and acceleration values of the water washing pump p-2408b changed abnormally,and the BH550 data collection density was increased.It was found that the defect frequency appeared in the bearing envelope spectrum,which was reported to the boss of the group in time.The large aromatics production department timely made a plan to shut down the pump for maintenance,which not only avoided the losses caused by the expansion of the pump accident,but also provided a guarantee for the normal operation of the 1million ton reforming unit of the group.
