摘  要:借鉴长麻纺工艺,设计一种“平面针帘-副夹板-平面针帘”的绢纺直梳梳理模式。在初步分配梳针梳理数的基础上,选择和计算得到针帘和梳针各项参数,进而考虑梳绵损失,重新分配梳理作用数,计算得到各个梳理区的梳理速度。建立梳帘-梳针空气模型,利用流体仿真软件分析直梳梳理区在空气和结构共同作用下,不同梳理速度时的气流分布情况。结果显示:针帘在某些速度运转时,气流会在梳针针体附近发生局部紊乱,绵的入口处会出现气压偏低的现象,提出调整针帘速度且与外界贯通的方案以获得较为理想的梳理效果。A direct carding mode of"plane needle curtain-auxiliary splint-plane needle curtain"was designed based on the long linen spinning process.Based on the preliminary allocation of the carding number of carding needles,the parameters of the needle curtain and carding needles were selected and calculated to consider the carding loss and redistribute the carding action number.The carding speed of each carding area was obtained by calculating.The comb curtain-needle-air model was established,and the fluid simulation software was used to analyze the air flow distribution at different carding speeds in the straight carding area under the combined action of air and structure.The results showed that when the needle curtain operated at some speeds,the air flow will be locally disordered near the carding needle body,and the air pressure at the inlet of silk will be low.It was proposed to adjust the speed of the needle curtain to avoid air flow disorder,and avoid low air pressure by connecting with the outside world,so as to obtain ideal carding effect and carding efficiency.
