摘 要:流溪河作为广州市的母亲河,在沿线城镇供水保障和区域生态建设中具有十分重要的经济及生态价值。为进一步了解流溪河流域的生态现状,明确流溪河水环境与生态质量,于2016年丰水期(9月)和枯水期(12月),对流溪河上游-下游共20个采样点分别进行了底栖硅藻和水质的调查。从水环境、生物群落及其相互之间的关系出发,分析了流溪河底栖硅藻的物种组成与群落结构,明确了影响群落结构的显著水环境因子,评价了流溪河水体现状,为该流域生态保护与修复方案制定提供数据与理论支持,进一步落实水资源、水生态和水环境管理工作。As the mother-river of Guangzhou,Liuxihe River has very important economic and ecological value in ensuring the development of the city.In order to further explore the ecological status of Liuxihe River and clarify the correlation between benthic diatom and environmental variables in Liuxihe River,this study conducted two surveys of benthic diatoms at 20 sampling sites from upstream to downstream of Liuxihe River in the wet season(September)and dry season(December)in 2016.The species composition and community structure of benthic diatoms in Liuxi River were investigated from the perspective of water environmental quality.Biological species and their relationship with each other,and the water environmental factors influencing the diatom community structure were clarified to determine the water status of Liuxihe River.It is provided for ecological protection and restoration of the river basin,and effectively implement the management of water resources,water ecology and water environment.
