摘　　要：自1975年12月2日老挝人民民主共和国成立以来,老挝人民革命党开始探索具有老挝特色的社会主义民主法治建设道路。1991年颁布实施的第一部宪法标志着老挝人民革命党正式开始社会主义法治建设。截至2022年6月,老挝国会官方网站正式公布的法律有167部,老挝法律体系建设取得了显著成就。老挝特色社会主义法律体系的形成与发展是老挝社会主义民主法治建设史上的重要里程碑,有利于进一步保障老挝各族人民权利,促进老挝社会主义建设的制度化,保障社会主义市场经济健康发展。Since the founding of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic on December 2,1975, the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party(LPRP) has begun to explore the road of socialist democracy and rule of law with Lao characteristics. The first Constitution promulgated and implemented in 1991 marks the beginning of the LPRP’s socialist rule of law construction. Up to June 2022, 167 laws have been officially announced on the official website of the Lao parliament, and great achievements have been made in the construction of the legal system. Thus, developing the socialist legal system with Lao characteristics is an important milestone in the construction of socialist democracy and legal system in Laos for it further safeguards the rights of the Lao people of all ethnic groups, promotes the institutionalization of Lao socialist democracy, and ensures the healthy development of the Socialist market economy.
