摘 要:基于多物理场有限元软件Comsol,分析了10kA级高温超导管内电缆导体(CICC)导体截面结构对交流损耗的影响。结果表明,导体截面结构和扭转节距对导体的交流损耗影响较大。截面上YBCO带材堆叠股数越多、导体周围磁场分布越均匀,交流损耗越小,6股堆叠导体的交流损耗约为1股堆叠导体的1%;导体扭转节距越小,导体的交流损耗也越小,但是此时YBCO带材一侧的电流渗透也更严重。在存在外磁场时均匀分布的截面结构和扭转也能大幅降低导体的交流损耗。Based on the multiple physical field finite element software COMSOL,the influence of conductor cross section structure on AC loss of cable in conduit conductor(CICC)with 10kA transmission current in high temperature superconducting tube is analyzed.It is found that the cross-section structure and torsional pitch of the conductor have great influence on the AC loss of the conductor.The more the number of YBCO stacked strands on the cross-section is and the more uniform the distribution of magnetic field around the conductor is,the less the AC loss of cable is.The AC loss of the 6-strand is about 1%of that of the 1-strand.The smaller the torsional pitch of the conductor is,the smaller the AC loss of the conductor is,but the current penetration on one side of YBCO strip is also worse.The uniform cross section structure and torsion under the external magnetic field can also greatly reduce the AC loss of the conductor.
