摘 要:针对调频引信的高功率微波干扰效应问题,对引信天线进行了辐照实验以及场-路联合仿真实验,分析了HPM武器的干扰与毁伤距离,研究了不同角度、峰值、脉宽的HPM矩形脉冲对射频前端的干扰效应,并进行了防护设计。研究表明:HPM偏离主波束越大,攻击效果越差,但在副瓣处有所加强;随着注入功率的增加,HPM的干扰能力会逐渐达到饱和;干扰强度总体上随脉宽增加而增加,理想情况下矩形脉冲产生的最大干扰信号几乎完全覆盖差频信号,严重影响目标识别的准确率;仅增加限幅电路可在一定程度上减小HPM照射造成的损伤,但不能防护HPM与回波信号同时到达时产生的干扰。Irradiation experiments and field-circuit co-simulation experiments are carried out on the fuze antenna for the high-power microwave interference effect of FM fuze,and corresponding protective measures are proposed.The interference and damage distance of HPM weapons are analyzed by irradiation model.The interference effects of HPM rectangular pulses with different angles,peaks and pulse widths on the RF front-end are studied by a field-circuit co-simulation model.The test results show that the larger the deviation of the HPM from the main beam,the worse the attack effect,but it is strengthened at the side lobes.With the increase of the injection power,the interference ability of the HPM will gradually reach saturation.Interference intensity generally increases with the width,the maximum interference signal generated by the rectangular pulse almost covers the difference frequency signal completely,which seriously affects the accuracy of target recognition.Adding a limiting circuit can reduce the HPM irradiation to a certain extent,but cannot protect against interference generated when HPM and echo signals arrive at the same time.
