摘  要:废酸浓缩是处理硫酸法钛白行业内废酸的主要手段之一,文章分析了国内外废酸浓缩的主要工艺,在试验研究的基础上,优化了现有的工艺流程,开发了二段真空蒸汽浓缩技术。通过利用PRO/II软件搭建了该技术的工艺流程模型,考察了模拟数据的准确性,并进行了模拟结果修正。通过模拟研究了温度、压力、循环量等主要工艺操作参数。研究结果表明,该模型的模拟结果与实际运行数据的对比偏差较小,表明该模型能够用来指导工程设计和运行。研究结果认为,应用该技术工艺后,可将废酸浓缩至55%以上,浓缩后的废酸返回钛白装置使用。Waste acid concentration is one of the main means to treat waste acid in sulfuric acid titanium.The main processes of waste acid concentration at home and abroad are introduced.Based on the test,the exiting process flow is optimized,and the two-stage vacuum steam concentration technology is developed.The process flow model of the technology is established by using PRO/Ⅱ software.The accuracy of the simulation data is investigated and corrected.Through simulation,the main process operation parameters such as temperature,pressure and circulation rate are determined.The deviation between the simulation results and the actual operation data is small.The modal can be used to guide the engineering design and operation.After the application of this technology,the waste acid can be concentrated to more than 55%,and the concentrated waste acid can be reused to the titanium dioxide unit.
