摘 要:采用苦卤作介质制备CaCO_(3)晶须并初步探索了其生长机制。用XRD和SEM分析了CaCO_(3)晶须的属性和形貌,结果表明CaCO_(3)晶须表面光滑、粒度分布均匀、长径比大于15。得到利用苦卤作介质制备CaCO_(3)晶须最优化学工艺为:利用熟石灰与苦卤反应得水合氯化钙,以NaHCO_(3)作沉淀剂且NaHCO_(3)体积是水合氯化钙体积的0.6倍,以太阳能作为热源且太阳照射时间为90 h。文章认为苦卤作介质主要是MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O提供了惰性生长基元[Mg-Cl_(4)]^(2-),此基元对CaCO_(3)晶须生长起了重要作用。文章的制备过程不仅可得到CaCO_(3)晶须,且可同时得到优良阻燃剂—六方片状的氢氧化镁。CaCO_(3) whiskers were prepared by bittern as medium,and its growth mechanism was preliminarily explored.The properties and morphology of CaCO_(3) whiskers were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The results showed that CaCO_(3) whiskers have smooth surface,uniform particle size distribution and length diameter ratio greater than 15.The optimum chemical process for preparing CaCO_(3) whiskers using bittern as medium is as follows:hydrated calcium chloride is obtained by the reaction of hydrated lime and bittern,NaHCO_(3) is used as precipitant,the volume of NaHCO_(3) is 0.6 times that of hydrated calcium chloride,solar energy is used as heat source and the solar irradiation time is 90h.It is considered that the bittern medium is mainly MgCl_(2)·6H_(2)O,which provided an inert growth units of[Mg-Cl_(4)]^(2-),which played an important role in the growth of CaCO_(3) whiskers.In the preparation process,not only CaCO_(3) whiskers but also hexagonal magnesium hydroxide,an excellent flame retardant,can be obtained at the same time.
