摘  要:地下盐岩储气库是天然气季节性调峰和应急性调峰的重要设施。在地下盐岩储气库的长期运行过程中,盐岩不可避免地会发生蠕变变形,影响整个腔体的稳定性。随着储气库循环注采的进行,腔内气体的压力和温度将不断变化。为探究温度和压力对腔体蠕变变形和长期稳定性的影响情况,文章以腔体最大流变位移和腔体体积收敛率为稳定性判定指标,并采用FLAC 3D软件对压力作用、热力耦合作用和不同温度作用下的腔体进行了蠕变计算。结果表明:腔体最大蠕变位移随时间的增加而增加,随压力的增加而减小,随温度的增加而增加。运行30 a时运行压力为4 MPa的腔体年平均体积收敛率为1.452%。运行20 a时运行温度为333.15 K的腔体年平均体积收敛率为1.130%。两者均超过了收敛率上限值1%,不利于储气库的稳定运行。因此,为保障地下盐岩储气库的长期稳定运行,应避免出现压力过低或温度过高的运行工况。Underground salt rock gas storage is an important facility for seasonal peak shaving and emergency peak shaving of natural gas.During the long-term operation of the underground salt rock gas storage,the salt rock will inevitably undergo creep deformation,which affects the stability of the entire cavity.With the cyclic injection and production of the gas storage,the pressure and temperature of the gas in the cavity will continue to change.In order to explore the effects of temperature and pressure on the creep deformation and long-term stability of the cavity,this article takes the maximum rheological displacement of the cavity and the cavity volume convergence rate as the stability judgment index,and uses the FLAC 3 D software to couple the pressure effect and thermal force.The creep calculation of the cavity under the action and different temperatures is carried out.The results showed that the maximum creep displacement of the cavity increases with the increase of time,decreases with the increase of pressure,and increases with the increase of temperature.The annual average volume convergence rate of the cavity with an operating pressure of 4 MPa during 30 years of operation is 1.452%.The annual average volume convergence rate of the cavity with an operating temperature of 333.15 K during operation for 20 years is 1.130%.Both of them exceed the upper limit of the convergence rate of 1%,which is not conducive to the stable operation of the gas storage.Therefore,in order to ensure the long-term stable operation of underground salt rock gas storage,operating conditions with too low pressure or too high temperature should be avoided.
