摘 要:研究采用双螺杆熔融挤出的方法,将LLDPE、LDPE、驻极母粒、电气石粉及其他助剂按比例混合、挤出、冷却、切粒、干燥得到改性后试验产品,再进行吹膜试验得到镀铝用PE膜。实验使用接枝PE作为相容剂及纳米电气石粉、驻极母粒,探索出原料不同配比对复合材料性能的影响规律,并开发出符合一定要求的应用于镀铝薄膜的PE改性材料。In this study,by the method of double screw melting extrusion,the LLDPE,LDPE,electrect master batch,electric powder and other additives were in proportion mixing,extruding ooling,cutting grain,drying to get modified products,and then the PE modified materials for alumninized film were obtained by the blow membrane test.In this experiment,with the grafted PE as compatilizer,nano electric powder and electrect master batch,the different ratio of raw materials on the performance of composite materials were explored,and the PE modified materials meeting the requirements used in aluminum plating film were developed.
