摘  要:球形氯化钠晶体拥有良好的抗结块性和流动性,具有特殊的用途。文章采用控制结晶法,在饱和氯化钠溶液中制备得到了具有优异性能的球形氯化钠产品。分别考察了卤水pH值和CaSO_(4)含量对氯化钠晶体形貌的影响,实验结果表明:在pH值为2的条件下,可以制备得到大粒度、球形度好、不易结块的球形氯化钠产品,pH值升高至11,得到粒度小、球形度差、易结块的球形氯化钠产品;此外,引入CaSO_(4)可以提高氯化钠溶液的沸点,进而减缓氯化钠晶体的生长速率,使得氯化钠晶体粒径变大、球形度变好。Spherical NaCl crystal has good anti caking and fluidity,and has special applications.In this article,spherical NaCl products with excellent properties were prepared by controlled crystallization method in saturated sodium chloride solution.The effects of pH value and CaSO_(4)concentration on the NaCl crystal morphology were investigated.The experimental results showed that under the condition of pH=2,spherical NaCl products with large particle size,good sphericity and not easy to caking were prepared.By increasing pH=11,spherical NaCl products with small particle size,poor sphericity and easy to caking were obtained;Moreover,CaSO_(4)can increase the boiling point of NaCl solution,and then slow down the growth rate of NaCl crystal,making the particle size of sodium chloride crystal larger and the sphericity better.
