摘 要:通过对吉林省乡村卫生服务人员普遍存在的学历低、能力不足、距离执业医师标准差距过大等现状,结合当前乡村医生现实工作情况及中医药本科院校已有教学资源,对乡村医生的学历教育提升进行研究探讨,为基层一线卫生服务人员继续再教育提供研究思路。从分析乡村医生的工作现状和困境出发,以乡村医生学历教育提升的着眼点,通过查找梳理问题根源及医学院校相关课程设置,制订乡村医生学历提升的途径和方案,使乡村医生学历提升的体系可取可行。Based on the current situation of rural health service personnel in Jilin Province,such as low education background,insufficient ability,and too big gap from the standard of licensed doctors,and in combination with the current situation of rural doctors’actual work and the existing teaching resources of undergraduate colleges and universities of Chinese medicine,this paper studies and discusses the improvement of rural doctors’academic education,and provides research ideas for the continuing re-education of front-line health service personnel at the grass-roots level.Starting from the analysis of the current situation and difficulties of rural doctors’work,and focusing on the improvement of rural doctors’academic education,we have worked out ways and plans to improve rural doctors’academic qualifications by finding out and sorting out the root causes of the problem and the relevant curriculum settings of medical schools,so as to make the system of improving rural doctors’academic qualifications feasible.
