摘　　要：在新时代背景下,建设创新型国家需要大批创新型人才。高校是创新型人才培养的重要基地,需要积极探索培养创新型人才的有效途径,为国家培养优秀人才。通过论述中南林业科技大学森林保护专业的发展、传统人才培养模式的弊端及创新型人才培养的重要意义,对本专业创新型人才的培养模式实践及成效进行了阐述。进一步提出,森林保护专业要坚持社会主义办学方向和绿色教育理念,紧紧围绕国家林业现代化和生态文明建设的需要,优化人才培养机制,完善人才培养体系,努力培养专业知识扎实、创新意识和实践能力突出的森林保护人才。In the new era,building an innovative country requires a large number of innovative talents.Colleges and universities are important bases for the cultivation of innovative talents.It is necessary to explore effective ways to cultivate innovative talents so as to cultivate qualified talents for the country.In this paper,the development of forest protection major is expounded in Central South University of Forestry and Technology.Meanwhile,this paper discusses the disadvantages of traditional talent training mode and the significance of innovative talent training,as well as the practice and effect of innovative talent training mode in the major.It is further proposed that on the one hand,the forest protection major should adhere to the socialist school-running direction and the concept of green education,closely focus on the needs of national forestry modernization and ecological civilization construction.On the other hand,the major should optimize the talents training mechanism,improve the talent training system,and strive to cultivate talents with solid professional knowledge,innovative awareness and outstanding practical ability in forest protection major.
