摘  要:国家自创区在支撑国家区域重大战略、推动区域经济增长、引领区域科技创新发展等方面成效显著,但也存在部分自创区经济发展水平较弱、自主创新能力不强、推动区域科技协同创新发展的水平有限、对国家区域重大战略的支撑不足等问题。立足国家区域重大战略,国家自创区应深化科技体制改革,在顶层设计上加大对国家区域重大战略的支撑;推动“多链”融合互促,引导区域产业迭代升级和企业创新发展;激发人才创新活力,加快打造世界/区域人才高地;强化区域协同联动,推动区域创新协调发展。The national independent innovation demonstration zones have achieved remarkable results in supporting major national regional strategies,promoting regional economic growth and leading regional scientific and technological innovation development.However,there are also problems such as the weak economic development level of some self-created zones,insufficient level and ability of independent innovation,limited level of promoting regional collaborative innovation and development of scientific and technological development,and insufficient support for major national regional strategies.Based on the national and regional major strategies,the national self-created areas should deepen the reform of science and technology system and increase the support for the national and regional major strategies in the top-level design.We will promote the integration and mutual enhancement of"multiple chains",and guide regional industrial upgrading and enterprise innovation and development.Stimulate the vitality of talent innovation and accelerate the building of global/regional talent highland;We will strengthen regional synergy and promote coordinated development through innovation.
