摘　　要：跨越“中等收入陷阱”,需要同时完成经济转型与社会转型。中国在进入中等收入阶段后,既具有发展中国家的特征,也具有转型国家的特征,面临多重挑战。中国跨越“中等收入陷阱”,必须一切从实际出发,立足国情,借鉴国外有益经验,勇于推进理论和实践创新。要深刻地认识经济社会转型之路的复杂性:“中等收入陷阱”总是与经济停滞和社会危机联系在一起,社会矛盾的积累和激化,既成为陷入“中等收入陷阱”的一个突出表现,也构成了跨越“中等收入陷阱”必须解决的一个核心问题;矛盾冲突的解决和社会秩序的建立,在发展中国家和转型国家遭遇“中等收入陷阱”时,又往往与其他社会危机叠加在一起,形成盘根错节的复杂局面。因此,一要在经济社会领域进行矛盾化解,二要在经济社会领域进行秩序重建,三要以国家治理机制优化促进社会转型。To overcome the"middle-income trap",economic transformation and social transformation should be completed at the same time.After entering the middle-income stage,China,with the characteristics of both a developing country and a country in transition,faces multiple challenges.To overcome the"middle-income trap",China must proceed from its actual conditions,base itself on its national conditions,draw on the useful experience of other countries,and boldly promote theoretical and practical innovation.It is necessary to deeply understand the complexity of the road of economic and social transformation:the"middle income trap"is always associated with economic stagnation and social crisis.The accumulation and intensification of social contradictions not only become a prominent manifestation of falling into the"middle income trap",but also constitute a core problem that must be solved to overcome the"middle income trap".When developing countries and countries in transition encounter the"middle-income trap",the resolution of conflicts and the establishment of social order are often superimposed with other social crises,forming a complicated situation with intertwined roots.Therefore,first,we need to resolve conflicts in the economic and social fields;second,we need to rebuild order in the economic and social fields;third,we need to optimize national governance mechanisms to promote social transformation.
