摘　　要：目的研究联影1.5T磁共振成像序列评估急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的应用。方法选取2019年1月~2022年1月我院收治的150例疑似急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤患者,进行回顾性分析,所有患者均实施关节镜和联影1.5T磁共振(MRI)成像序列检查,评估急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤情况,分析联影1.5T MRI成像序列检查诊断急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的诊断价值。结果150例患者中经关节镜检查诊断为急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤118例,其中单一性距腓前韧带损伤59例,单一性跟腓韧带损伤26例,距腓前韧带合并跟腓韧带损伤21例,距腓后韧带损伤12例。联影1.5T MRI成像序列检查诊断为急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤115例,其中单一性距腓前韧带损伤58例,单一性跟腓韧带损伤25例,距腓前韧带合并跟腓韧带损伤21例,距腓后韧带损伤11例。联影1.5T MRI成像序列检查诊断中Ⅰ级损伤36例,Ⅱ级损伤50例,Ⅲ级损伤29例。联影1.5T MRI成像序列检查诊断急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的敏感度94.92%,特异度90.63%,准确度94.00%。结论联影1.5T MRI成像序列检查诊断急性踝关节外侧副韧带损伤的准确度高,可为进一步治疗提供依据。Objective To study the application of united imaging 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging sequence in evaluating acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury.Methods 150 patients with suspected acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury treated in the hospital were selected between January 2019 and January 2022 for retrospective analysis.All patients underwent arthroscopy and united imaging 1.5 T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)sequence examination.The acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury was evaluated,and the diagnostic value of united imaging 1.5 T MRI imaging sequence examination in the diagnosis of acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury was analyzed.ResuIts Among the 150 patients,118 cases were diagnosed as acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury by arthroscopy,including 59 cases of single anterior talofibular ligament injury,26 cases of single calcaneofibular ligament injury,21 cases of anterior talofibular ligament injury with calcaneofibular ligament and 12 cases of posterior talofibular ligament injury.115 cases of acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury were diagnosed by united imaging 1.5 T MRI imaging sequence,including 58 cases of single anterior talofibular ligament injury,25 cases of single calcaneofibular ligament injury,21 cases of anterior talofibular ligament injury with calcaneofibular ligament injury and 11 cases of posterior talofibular ligament injury.United imaging 1.5 T MRI imaging sequence examination diagnosed 36 cases of grade I injury,50 cases of grade II injury and 29 cases of gradeⅢinjury.The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of united imaging 1.5 T MRI imaging sequence examination in the diagnosis of acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury were 94.92%,90.63%and 94.00%respectively.Conclusion United imaging 1.5 T MRI imaging sequence examination has high accuracy in diagnosing acute ankle lateral collateral ligament injury,and can provide the basis for further treatment.
