切开和手法复位对足踝骨折患者足踝肿胀及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的 研究切开和手法复位对足踝骨折患者足踝肿胀及并发症的影响。方法 选取2018年11月~2021年11月期间于我院治疗的85例足踝骨折患者随机分为切开组(n=43)和手法组(n=42),切开组患者使用切开复位固定治疗,手法组患者使用手法复位固定治疗,比较治疗后4个月时两组患者足踝恢复情况[Baird-Jackson改良标准],比较治疗后4个月内两组患者并发症总发生率[足踝肿胀、踝关节畸形、创伤性关节炎]。结果 治疗后4个月时切开组患者足踝恢复情况明显优于手法组(P<0.05)。治疗后4个月内切开组患者足踝肿胀、踝关节畸形、创伤性关节炎并发症总发生率显然低于手法组患者(P<0.05)。结论 切开复位治疗足踝骨折患者可减少其足踝肿胀等并发症发生风险,促进患者足踝恢复。Objective To study the effects of open reduction and manipulation reduction on foot-ankle swelling and complications in patients with foot-ankle fractures.Methods 85 patients with foot-ankle fractures who were treated in the hospital were selected between November 2018 and November 2021,and the enrolled patients were randomly divided into open group(n=43)and manipulation group(n=42).The open group was given open reduction fixation treatment,while the manipulation group adopted manipulation reduction fixation treatment.The foot-ankle recovery status[Baird-Jackson modified standard]at 4 months after treatment and the total incidence rate of complications[footankle swelling,ankle deformity,traumatic arthritis]within 4 months after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Results At 4 months after treatment,the foot-ankle recovery status in open group was significantly better than that in manipulation group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications such as foot-ankle swelling,ankle deformity and txaumatic arthritis in open group within 4 months after treatment was significantly lower than that in manipulation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Open reduction in the treatment of patients with footankle fractures can reduce the risk of complications such as foot-ankle swelling,and promote the foot-ankle recovery of patients.
