羟氯喹联合来氟米特治疗难治性类风湿关节炎的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 观察羟氯喹联合来氟米特在难治性类风湿关节炎中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月~2021年12月因难治性类风湿关节炎来我院就诊的患者90例,按抽签法分为两组,各45例。观察两组患者的临床疗效;测定治疗前后实验室指标,包括红细胞沉降率(erythrocyte sedimentation Rate,ESR)、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)和C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平以及用药不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组临床疗效相较于对照组更高,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);联合用药后观察组患者的ESR、RF、CRP水平均比对照组更低,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 羟氯喹联合来氟米特能有效控制难治性类风湿关节炎的临床症状,且不良反应少,有良好的应用效果。Objective To observe the application effects of hydroxychloroquine combined with leflunomide on refractory rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 90 patients who came to the hospital due to refractory rheumatoid arthritis were selected between January 2019 and December 2021,and they were divided into two groups according to the lottery method,with 45 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was observed.The laboratory indicators such as erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),rheumatoid factor(RF)and C-reactive protein(CRP)before and after treatment and occurrence of adverse medication reactions were detected and analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy in observation group was higher compared with that in control group(P<0.05).After combined medication,the levels of ESR,RF and CRP were lower in observation group than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower compared to control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hydroxychloroquine combined with leflunomide can effectively control the clinical symptoms of refractory rheumatoid arthritis.In addition,it has few adverse reactions and good application effects.
