摘  要:目的 观察理性情绪教育联合导学式情景模拟教学对高职实习护士情绪行为问题和安全态度的影响。方法 选取2021年10月~2022年3月德阳市人民医院高职实习护士113名为研究对象,其中以2021年10~2021年12月间53名实习护士为对照组,以2022年1月~2022年3月间60名为观察组,对照组实习护士接受导学式情景模拟教学,观察组接受理性情绪教育联合导学式情景模拟教学,采用抑郁-焦虑-压力量表简体中文版(DASS-21)、12条目攻击问卷(12-AQ)评估两组实习护士情绪行为问题,采用中文版安全态度调查问卷(SAQ)评估两组实习护士安全态度。结果 观察组实习护士DASS-21各维度及总分、12-AQ愤怒维度得分低于对照组,SAQ各维度及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组实习护士除愤怒维度外12-AQ各维度及总分比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 理性情绪教育联合导学式情景模拟教学有助于改善高职实习护士情绪行为,提高其安全态度。Objective To observe the influence of rational emotion education combined with guided scenario simulation teaching on emotional behavior problems and safety attitude of intern nurses of higher vocational colleges.Methods 113 intern nurses of higher vocational colleges in Deyang People’s Hospital between October 2021 and March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Among the intern nurses,53 cases from October 2021 to December 2021 were included in control group,and 60 cases between January 2022 and March 2022 were enrolled as observation group.The intern nurses in the control group received guided scenario simulation teaching,while the intern nurses in the observation group were given rational emotion education combined with guided scenario simulation teaching.The emotional behavior problems of the two groups were assessed by Chinese Short Version of Depression Anxiety and Stress Scale(DASS-21) and 12-item Aggression Questionnaire(12-AQ),and the safety attitude of intern nurses was evaluated by Safety Attitude Questionnaire(SAQ) in the two groups.Results The scores of dimensions and total score of DASS-21 and score of anger dimension of 12-AQ in observation group were lower than those in control group while the scores of dimensions and total score of SAQ were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the scores of dimensions and total score of 12-AQ except for anger dimension between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rational emotion education combined with guided scenario simulation teaching can help improve the emotional behavior and enhance the safety attitude of intern nurses of higher vocational colleges.
