摘　　要：汽车镜面转向器是对汽车后视镜进行角度调节的执行器,驾驶员可通过调节按钮驱动镜面转向器,并依据自身特点及习惯实现后视镜角度调节。由于在加工制造和装配过程中的误差,镜面转向器在正转和反转时存在一定的迟滞性,会影响驾驶者的驾驶体验,并形成一定的安全隐患。针对镜面转向器迟滞性检测,设计了一套汽车镜面转向器迟滞性检测系统,包含迟滞性检测装置(硬件)和基于LabVIEW控制的迟滞性检测系统(软件)。The car mirror actuator is an actuator that adjusts the angle of the car rearview mirror.The driver can drive the mirror steering gear through the adjustment button,and adjust the angle of the rearview mirror according to his own characteristics and habits.Due to the errors in the manufacturing and assembly process of the mirror steering gear,there is a certain hysteresis in forward rotation and reverse rotation,which will affect the driver’s driving experience and cause certain safety hazards.Aiming at the hysteresis detection of mirror steering gear,this paper designs a hysteresis detection device based on LabVIEW control.
