复杂性科学视角下中医药知识组织方法研究

摘　　要：中医药理论渊源于“道法自然”的道家哲学思想、中华传统“和合”文化以及开放系统思想,因此其特点与复杂性科学相似,其知识组织逻辑具有天人关系复杂性、融汇性和共时性互动的特征。从复杂性科学视角分析中医药理论知识和中医药临证实践(证候、方剂、药物)知识的知识体系构建方法,通过对中医药知识的复杂性和独具特色的知识组织逻辑的剖析,可加深中医药关于生命文化与复杂性科学知识体系的理解,一方面,中医药理论知识的形成是基于对生命系统整体性、自组织性、涌现性的充分认知与模拟;另一方面,中医药临证实践知识组织方法与复杂性科学中的动态适应性、协同性、系统性理论相契合。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory originates from the Taoist philosophy of “Tao follows nature”,the traditional culture of “harmony” and the open systems thinking,which is similar to complexity science,whose logic of knowledge organization is characterized by complexity,integration and synchronic interaction between heaven and humankind. This paper analyzed the construction method of knowledge system of TCM theory and clinical practice(syndromes,formulas,medicinal)from the perspective of complexity science. Through analyzing the complexity of TCM knowledge and the uniqueness of its knowledge organization logic,the understanding of TCM knowledge system about life culture and complexity science can be deepened. On one hand,theoretical knowledge of TCM is formulated on the full cognition and simulation of the integrity,self-organization and emergence of life system. On the other hand,the knowledge organization method of TCM clinical practice is consistent with the theory of dynamic adaptability,synergy and systematicness in complexity science.
