摘　　要：总结艾儒棣教授运用中药内服联合外治法治疗难治性疣的经验。认为难治性疣的关键病机为正虚邪侵、痰瘀互结,多为虚实夹杂之证,提出以扶正祛邪、痰瘀并治为治疗原则。临证时注重标本同治,内外合治,内治以清热解毒、化痰逐瘀、扶正益气为法,常用自拟祛疣汤合桃红四物汤、消瘰丸加减治疗;外治以祛邪散结为法,常予中药外洗法、火针疗法及隔蒜灸疗法,并自拟中药外洗方消疣汤。This paper summarized AI Ruli's experience in treating refractory warts by oral administration of Chinese medicinal combined with external treatment.It is believed that the pathogenesis of this disease is healthy qi deficiency and pathogens invasion,and binding of phlegm and stasis,mainly manifested as deficiency-excess com-plex syndrome.The treatment principle is to reinforce healthy qi and dispel pathogens,and treat phlegm and stasis si-multaneously.In clinical practice,it is suggested to put focus on both the root and branch simultaneously,and treat both the exterior and interior.Internal treatment method is clearing heat and resolving toxins,dissolving phlegm and expelling stasis,reinforcing healthy qi and boosting qi,and the commonly used formulas are Self-made Quyou Decoc⁃tion(自拟祛疣汤)with Taohong Siwu Decoction(桃红四物汤)and Xiaoying Pills(消瘰丸).External treatment method is mainly dispelling pathogen and dissipating masses,and external washing with Chinese medicinal,fire needling,and moxibustion on garlic are commonly used,as well as self-made wash formula Xiaoyou Decoction(消疣汤).
