摘 要:为研究碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土梁抗弯承载力的影响因素,通过理论计算,对7根碳纤维布加固后的钢筋混凝土梁与1根未加固的原梁进行了抗弯承载力的计算,得出梁的抗弯承载力的理论计算值。并通过非线性有限元ABAQUS软件对构件分别进行模拟,将有限元模拟值与理论计算值对比,得出有限元模拟值与理论计算值之间的比例关系,验证了有限元软件模拟结果的准确性和可靠性。研究了粘贴碳纤维布的层数、碳纤维布的宽度及厚度3种因素对加固后的梁抗弯承载力和加固效果的影响。结果表明:在碳纤维布加固层数、碳纤维布宽度和厚度3种影响因素中,碳纤维布的粘贴层数及碳纤维布的厚度对加固效果的影响极大。In order to study the influencing factors of flexural load capacity of reinforced concrete beams reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced polymer,the flexural load capacity of seven reinforced concrete beams reinforced with carbon fiber reinforced polymer and one unreinforced original beam were calculated through theoretical calculations,and the theoretical calculated values of flexural load capacity of the beams were obtained.And the members were simulated separately by nonlinear finite element ABAQUS software,and the finite element simulated values were compared with the theoretical calculated values,and the proportional relationship between the finite element simulated values and the theoretical calculated values was obtained,which verified the accuracy and reliability of the finite element software simulation results.The effects of three factors,namely the number of layers of carbon fiber reinforced polymer,the width and thickness of carbon fiber reinforced polymer,on the flexural load capacity and reinforcement effect of the reinforced beam were investigated.The results showed that among the three influencing factors of the number of layers of carbon fiber reinforced polymer reinforcement,the width and thickness of carbon fiber reinforced polymer,the number of layers of carbon fiber reinforced polymer paste and the thickness of carbon fiber reinforced polymer had a great influence on the reinforcement effect.
