摘  要:为了准确评估复杂工况条件下吊挂的疲劳寿命,采用基于短时实测动态应力的虚实混合方法对空空导弹吊挂的疲劳寿命进行估算。在有限元分析、短时动态应力测量的基础上,采用四点雨流计数法和Miner疲劳累积损伤理论对某型空空导弹吊挂的疲劳寿命进行了估算,S-N曲线依据应力均值采用Goodman方法进行了实时修正。研究结果为空空导弹实际挂飞过程中的吊挂疲劳寿命估算提供了一套具有一定参考价值的分析流程。In order to accurately evaluate the fatigue life of hanging under complex working conditions,the fatigue life of air-to-air missile hanging is estimated by using the mixed method based on short-time measured dynamic stress. Based on finite element analysis and short-time dynamic stress measurement, the four-point rain-flow counting method and Miner fatigue cumulative damage theory are used for estimating the fatigue life of a certain air-to-air missile hanging. The S-N curve is corrected in real-time according to the stress mean using Goodman method. The research results provide a set of analysis process with certain reference value for the hanging fatigue life prediction of air-to-air missile in the actual captive flight process.
