摘　　要：生物催化剂的应用越来越普遍,生物催化行业对化工行业有重大影响,全球酶市场规模近10亿S|。在传统化学中,微生物和酶的过程被用作生物繁殖的原料,现在正在扩大到石油衍生的原料。在小分子药物和中间体的生产中,生物转化作用化学和传统化学最显著的区别之一是非常有效地不对称合成手性化合物的能力。生物催化用在大规模的工业化生产上则是从20世纪60年代才开始的,一般说来反应完成后不会留下诸如金属催化剂一类的废弃物。文章主要综述了生物催化剂在制药、环保、化妆品、有机合成等方面的应用,总结了生物催化剂的应用现状。The application of biocatalyst have become increasingly,the biocatalysis industry has a significant impact on the chemical industry,and the global enzyme market scale is nearly 1 billion US dollars.In traditional chemistry,microbial and enzymatic processes are used as raw materials for biological reproduction,and now they are being expanded to petroleum derived raw materials.In the production of small molecule drugs and intermediates,one of the most significant differences between biotransformation chemistry and traditional chemistry is the ability of asymmetric synthesis of chiral compounds.Biocatalysis has been used in large-scale industrial production since 1960s Generally speaking,no waste such as metal catalyst will be left after the reaction.In this article,the application of biocatalyst in pharmacy,environmental protection,cosmetics,organic synthesis and so on was reviewed,and the application status of biocatalyst was summarized.
