摘  要:船用管材往往进行人工弧焊拼接作业,对操作人员的技术水平要求较高,随着应用层面的推广,其生产需求也急速增加,集成机器人弧焊系统作业能够提升管材的焊接智能化及效率,但焊接质量易受不稳定的管材切口坡度、焊接过程中产生的辐射与飞溅等影响,降低船用管材的焊后使用性能。进行基于智能激光传感系统的机器人自动化弧焊系统的搭建,通过采集并分析焊接过程的管材数据信息,自主调整拼焊过程中机器人路径,提高了自动化焊接系统在船用管材弧焊应用上的自适应能力及作业质量,此外,还对激光焊缝跟踪技术研发与应用方向进行了探讨。Marine pipes were often spliced by manual arc welding,which required high technical level of operators.With the promotion of application level, marine pipes production demand also increased rapidly. The operation of integrated robot arc welding system could improve the intelligence and efficiency of pipe welding,but the quality was easily affected by unstable pipe notch slope,radiation and splash during welding,the post welding performance of marine pipes would be affected. Build of robot automatic arc welding system based on intelligent laser sensing system,the data in the welding process was collected and analyzed,so that the robot path could be adjusted independently in the welding process,and improved the adaptability and operation quality of the automatic welding system. In addition,the research and application direction of laser weld tracking technology was also mentioned.
