摘 要:针对单相逆变器传统双闭环算法负载适应能力不强,电压波动率较大等问题,提出了一种基于变论域模糊PID控制的逐脉冲算法的控制策略,该算法将传统幅值反馈压缩至足够小的一个区间进行,与传统整周期有效值给定的方式相比,其给定值为各个小区间所对应的有效值,即区间有效值,反馈值为采样点的离散有效值,并采用变论域模糊PID控制提高参数鲁棒性和控制精度,理论研究表明其可兼顾幅值和瞬时值反馈的优点,提高逆变装置性能,降低环路参数设计难度。为验证该算法的正确性,搭建一台3 kW试验样机,实验结果表明了该控制方法的有效性。In order to further solve the problems of traditional dual closed-loop algorithms of single-phase inverters such as poor load adaptability and large transient voltage fluctuations,a pulse-by-pulse control strategy based on fuzzy PID control in variational domain is proposed in this paper.The proposed algorithm compresses the traditional amplitude feedback to a sufficiently small interval,compared with the traditional method of giving effective value of the whole cycle,the given value is the effective value corresponding to each small interval,that is,the interval effective value,and the feedback value is the discrete RMS of the sampling point.The variable universe fuzzy PID control is utilized to improve the robustness and control precision.Theoretical research shows that it can take into account the advantages of amplitude and instantaneous value feedback and improve the performance of the inverter device,as well as reduce the difficulty of loop parameter design.In order to verify the correctness of the algorithm,a 3kW test prototype is set up,and the experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed control method.
