摘 要:无轴承永磁电机相比普通永磁同步电机增加了一套用于控制转子位置的悬浮绕组,产生悬浮磁场,使得气隙磁场发生畸变,改变电磁力,进而对电磁噪声产生影响。针对该问题,采用解析法推导归纳了无轴承电机电磁力波阶数和频率规律;针对交替极无轴承永磁电机,建立参数化有限元多物理场分析模型,进一步计算电磁力波的大小;通过仿真实验得出了悬浮电流大小和相位对电磁噪声的影响规律以及悬浮电流对多转速下电磁噪声的影响规律。Compared with the ordinary permanent magnet synchronous motor,the bearingless permanent magnet motor adds a set of suspension windings for controlling the position of the rotor,which generates a suspension magnetic field and distorts the air gap magnetic field.The electromagnetic noise of the motor is affected.Aiming at the problem,the order and frequency of the electromagnetic force wave of the bearingless motor were deduced and summarized by the analytical method.A parametric finite element multiphysics analysis model was established for the alternating pole bearingless permanent magnet motor,and the electromagnetic force wave was further calculated.The influence of the magnitude and phase of the levitation current on the electromagnetic noise and the influence of the levitation current on the electromagnetic noise under multi-speed were obtained through the simulation experiment.
