摘  要:对某型号汽车座椅气泵电机的空载噪声来源进行分析和识别,并针对电磁噪声和机械噪声分别采取仿真优化和实验验证等措施,使电机主要频段噪声值和总噪声值降低至预定范围,满足设计要求。结果表明,在电磁噪声方面,合理改变磁瓦内弧面的偏心距,有利于噪声值的降低。在机械噪声方面,选择合适的碳刷扭簧推力和控制滚珠轴承的径向游隙对电机的噪声改善也非常重要。该研究和验证结果可为类似电机的噪声改善提供有效的理论支撑和试验依据。The noise source of a type of air pump motor applied on automobile seat was analyzed and identifid.The simulation and experimental optimization measures were adopted for electromagnetic noise and mechanical noise respectively.So that the amplitude of no-load noise at main frequency bands and the total noise of the motor were reduced to a targeted range to meet the design requirements.The results show that in terms of electromagnetic noise,rationally changing the eccentricity of the arc surface of magnet is beneficial to reduce the noise level.In terms of mechanical noise,it is also very important to select the appropriate torsional spring for the carbon brush and control the radial clearance of the ball bearing.The results of the study and validation provide effective theoretical support and experimental evidence to the noise improvement of similar motors.
