摘　　要：目的:探讨13种儿科常用抗菌药物与小儿电解质补给注射液的配伍稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药,考察13种儿科常用抗菌药物与小儿电解质补给注射液配伍后的外观、性状、pH和主要成分相对百分含量变化情况。结果:头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠、头孢美唑钠、哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠、拉氧头孢钠、亚胺培南/西司他丁钠、美罗培南与小儿电解质补给注射液配伍后0~4 h内其外观、性状、pH和主要成分相对含量均无明显变化;万古霉素、阿奇霉素、阿米卡星、伏立康唑、头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠与小儿电解质补给注射液配伍后0~8 h内其外观、性状、pH和主要成分相对含量均无明显变化。结论:头孢呋辛钠、头孢他啶、头孢曲松钠、头孢美唑钠、哌拉西林钠/他唑巴坦钠、拉氧头孢钠、亚胺培南/西司他丁钠、美罗培南、万古霉素、阿奇霉素、阿米卡星、伏立康唑、头孢哌酮钠/舒巴坦钠与小儿电解质补给注射液配伍稳定性良好。Objective:To probe into the compatible stability of 13 kinds of commonly used antibiotics and pediatric electrolyte supplements injection.Methods:The appearance,characteristics,pH and relative content of main components of 13 kinds of commonly used pediatric antibiotics combined with pediatric electrolyte supplement injection were investigated by simulating clinical medication.Results:Cefuoxime sodium,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone sodium,cefmetazole sodium,piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium,latamoxef sodium,imipenem/cilastatin sodium and meropenem had no significant changes in appearance,characteristics,pH and relative content of main components within 4 h after the combination with pediatric electrolyte supplements injection.Vancomycin,azithromycin,amikacin,voriconazole,cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium had no significant changes in appearance,characteristics,pH and relative content of main components within 8 h after the combination with pediatric electrolyte supplements injection.Conclusion:Cefuroxime sodium,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone sodium,cefmetazole sodium,piperacillin sodium/tazobactam sodium,laoxycef sodium,imipenem/cilastatin sodium,meropenem,vancomycin,azithromycin,amikacin,voriconazole,cefoperazone sodium/sulbactam sodium are well compatible with pediatric electrolyte supplements injection.
