摘　　要：跨境资本流动管理是我国金融宏观调控的重要组成部分,本文基于我国跨境资本流动中金融账户差额变化,在对我国跨境资本流动宏观审慎管理实践总结的基础上,对跨境资本宏观审慎管理工具调节效应进行实证分析,最后通过比较借鉴主要国际经验,提出健全我国跨境资本流动宏观审慎管理的政策建议。The management of cross-border capital flows is an important part of China's financial macro-control.Based on the changes in the balance of financial accounts in China's cross-border capital flows and the summary of China's cross-border capital flows'macro prudential management practices,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the regulatory effects of cross-border capital macro prudential management tools.Finally,through comparison and reference to major international experiences,put forward policy suggestions on improving the macro prudential management of cross-border capital flows in China.
