摘 要:作为最清洁的化石能源,世界各国对天然气的需求呈现逐年上涨的趋势,而储量巨大的高含硫气田是其重要来源之一。单从高含硫气田介质属性上来看,天然气属于易燃易爆的物质,其开采过程中携带的大量硫化氢不仅易燃,同时也具有剧毒性以及腐蚀性,这给高含硫天然气集输工程的运行和维护等带来了极大的风险。本文将功能安全评估技术应用于高含硫天然气集输工程,为相关企业的安全管理和安全投入决策提供参考。As the cleanest fossil energy, the demand for natural gas in the world is increasing year by year, and the high sulfur gas field with huge reserves is one of its important sources. From the perspective of medium properties of high sulfur gas fields, natural gas is flammable and explosive. A large amount of hydrogen sulfide carried in the production process is not only flammable, but also highly toxic and corrosive, which brings great risks to the operation and maintenance of high sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation engineering. In the paper, the functional safety assessment technology is applied to the high sulfur natural gas gathering and transportation engineering, which provides a reference for the safety management and safety investment decision-making of relevant enterprises.
