摘  要:为全面了解工业锅炉节能环保产业发展现状,基于长期检测实践和政研分析,总结工业锅炉节能环保产业在设备与技术水平、使用管理、燃料供应与燃用、环保设施配套、政府监管等方面存在的问题,从加快高效工业锅炉的推广应用、加快淘汰超期服役或技术落后的锅炉、加大锅炉节能力度、提高锅炉污染控制水平、促进信息化和大数据技术的应用、科技赋能节能环保产业优化等6方面,提出解决问题的对策。从锅炉设计、技术、管理及监管等环节寻求相应的方法措施,是解决当前工业锅炉节能环保产业存在问题的必然选择。In order to fully understand the development status of industrial boiler energy conservation and environmental protection industry, based on long-term testing practice and political research analysis, it is summarized that the industrial boiler energy conservation and environmental protection industry exists in equipment and technical level, use management, fuel supply and combustion, environmental protection facilities, government supervision, etc. From 6 aspects as speeding up the popularization and application of high-efficiency industrial boilers, accelerating the elimination of boilers with outdated service or outdated technology, increasing boiler energy conservation, improving boiler pollution control, promoting the application of informatization and big data technology, and empowering energy-saving and environmental protection industries with technology optimization,put forward countermeasures to solve the problem. Seeking corresponding methods and measures from boiler design, technology, management and supervision is an inevitable choice to solve the problems existing in the current industrial boiler energy saving and environmental protection industry.
